** Studio hours run from 8am to 6 pm PST monday through friday. Sessions which extend outside of these hours will be billed at time and a half or 150% of posted rates. Weekend sessions are also billed at 150% of posted rates and have a 3 hour minimum.
*** In the event of an untimely cancellation, we will do our best to resell the un-used hours. Outlaw Sound will place reservations on "hold" while a client confirms the availability of talent, etc. Time placed on hold must be upgraded to a "firm" booking as soon as possible. Should another client request the time on hold, the initial party will be given first right-of-refusal. However, if we are unable to successfully contact the initial party within 1 hour of our first attempt, we reserve the right to sell that time, if necessary.
